Dear Editor,

This past week, the Valley Against Sex Trafficking (VAST) gave my colleagues and I on City Council a presentation about the sad realities of sex trafficking in the U.S., as well as here in the Lehigh Valley region, and their efforts to combat this heinous crime. VAST is dedicated to educating our local communities on the issue of trafficking, embarking on prevention measures and instituting a plan of action that details what we can do to curb it.
