Making a Difference
Do you want to get involved in the fight against human trafficking, but wonder how you can tangibly get involved? Well, here are some examples of how local community members took action to make a VAST difference:

A group of friends host a community yard sale by accepting donated items raising over $1,000 for VAST.

An Easton community member increased awareness by walking around town, asking business to post the hotline poster in their business.

A local church hosted a film screening of “Sex and Money” for their community.

A local coffee shop in Allentown hosted a Sex Trafficking Awareness night to educate and unite their community.

A young adult offered to help research and purchase a projector and screen for VAST events.

A graphic design artist created a t-shirt design for VAST to sell and promote awareness.

A volunteer donated her time to help sell and distribute the t-shirts at My Sister’s Closet.
VAST is hosting a Freedom Weekend September 14-16and needs YOUR help in making it happen. Our vision is for individuals, local organizations, faith based communities and business to host an event throughout the weekend. Our purpose is to raise awareness while raising funds for a local organization, Truth for Women, and their plans to open a therapeutic residential facility.
